I really enjoyed the info, recipes, and tips in this book, especially the mixes and recipe for gluten free cream of mushroom soup (I used non-dairy milk in mine). I bought the edition which is filled with typos which is the reason for only three stars.
I really enjoyed this book as the recipes are shared from the family's use and experience. This was my first experience solar cooking. I've tried over 8 recipes with success and with advice from this book even customized some of my own.
This is the best of all the solar oven recipe books I've read. Good, and practical meals of a wide variety. Something for everyone, and then, even more!
